In the state of Florida, a unique case occurred with the owner of one farm. Going around his newly acquired possessions, he decided to check the old sheds and in one of them, among rusty spare parts and all kinds of rubbish, he discovered the Mercedes-Benz 300SL Gullwing, made in 1954.

Not believing his luck, the farmer began to study the history of this car and its owners. It turned out that the last of them was a pilot, a lover of racing sports cars, who, having driven more than 50,000 km on it, wanted to repaint the car and update some details.
But his plans did not materialize, and the forgotten car stood in the garage for more than 53 years. When experts examined Mercedes-Benz, it turned out that there wasn’t a single replaced part on it, everything was absolutely native.
A profitable deal with the farmer took place, and now the car is in Germany, and they will not restore it, they will only try to suspend the process of further aging by conservation, its condition is so unique. They are silent about the amount of the transaction, but everyone understands that it is a question of several million dollars.
