Russian Artist and Sculptor Mikhail Zaikov Realistic Dolls

Russian artist Michael Zaykov makes dolls that are so realistic in appearance that they are actually a little daunting, and the photos of them, which he regularly posts on Instagram, are liked by thousands and thousands of people.

Michael Zaykov graduated from Cuban University in Russia in 2009 and from 2010 to 2013 worked in puppet theater while attending graduate school.

People were able to see his ingenious, but at the same time, horrifying works for the first time at the Art Dolls exhibition, which was held in Moscow in 2013 and has since become quite famous. His work is made up of many different materials, so the doll is made of polymer clay, their eyes are hand-painted glass from Germany, while their hair is made of French mohair wool. Zaikov's inspiration comes from old photographs before the Russian Revolution, priced at about $ 1,200.
